Coaches Notes: This is a fast ‘paced’ workout. On the one hand, if you go 100% on the first interval you will experience a falloff in the later rounds. On the other hand, if you pace the workout too much, you will not get the stimulus of the workout and your score will be slower. The faster runners will have a longer rest period, but most us us should be in the 1:1 work/rest ratio.
