Bench press at 155#: 12-10-8-5-5–40 Strict pull-ups: 10-8-7-5-5–34 (Grrrrr… Had to take a no rep at the end of round 4. Just inches away.) Great class, Colin and great job 8:30! Pull ups were decent, but would have liked to get 10 across. Guess it’s a goal for next time. Last time I did it in May, I scored a 71 (29 bp @ 145# + 42 @ 175 bodyweight). Got 15 pullups the first set, a 3 rep PR. Bench press went down quick. That last set I was only able to bang out 3 after getting 11 the first set.
