Managed 140 for 2 sets (135 for 2, 125 for 1). Holy Grail … more like holy sh!t. This metcon shtuff has been kicking my arse lately. Pushed hard on this but missing a few C2B was pretty demoralizing and I felt like I just couldn’t get enough gas in the tank to keep pressing on. It was about half and half between regular butterfly and chest to bar butterfly. I was able to string 4 or 5 C2B in a row during the last set which was pretty cool.
