Box Brief: Schedule Additions and Nutrition Talk

Coach Kaitlyn will be holding a nutritional talk on Sunday at 10:45am for those in the nutrition program. She will be discussing Nutritional Goal Setting. Additionally, I have outlined a few reminders about our schedule below!
